You are the parent of a child or teenager who is very anxious and fearful. You are confused about where this anxiety has come from and how best to deal with it. Sometimes you are reassuring and other times you think it might be best to ‘toughen’ your child or teen up a little to life’s uncertainties.

S/he is overly worried about tests and exams, crowds, checking doors are locked, germs, friendships, not making the grade, the health of the people s/he loves and so much more. It seems that each day brings a new thing to worry about and you are increasingly trying to manage what s/he is exposed to.

2 hour low-cost workshop at Fairy Croft House, Saffron Walden.
You will learn a simple energy psychology tool & technique that will transform your parenting and you will learn how to help your child by helping yourself.
The workshops are kept small, friendly and informal with tea/coffee and biscuits provided.
The venue is Fairycroft House, 37 Audley Road, Saffron Walden, Essex CB11 3HD.

Host from home version of the workshop:
I come to your home. You invite 6-9 friends to join us and provide hot drinks and biscuits. You receive a 1:1 ‘Calm Parent’ session worth £99 with me as a thank you for hosting.
Cost is £20 per person.
